ABSTRACT
An interview with Scott Noerr, business intelligence manager for Insurance.com, is presented. He talks on the efforts of the agency to standardize enterprise solution for customer matching, data quality and data profiling. He says that the company prefers to use the DataFlux system for the above purposes because it can be used in a transactional and batch systems. He also discusses how the company measures its return on investment.
