ABSTRACT
An interview with Abi Ashford, human resource (HR) adviser at BusinessHR, is presented. She says she worked for Rover Group in various HR departments during the summer holidays. Going from adviser to manager level at Honeywell Aerospace really highlighted the difference of moving from the safe environment of a large HR department to a small one, she adds. She also says that as a part-time HR adviser working from home, her responsibilities involve advising on the firm's helpline and helping to keep the website up to date.
