ABSTRACT
An interview with Russell Stevens, president of Lifestyle UK in Great Britain is presented. Stevens said that his job is to manage culture and his operation is link between retailer and factory. He also explained that his company is a bigger client and has an international structure which needs a proper sourcing operation to finish the operation. He added that due to the mass production of China the British market is in trouble.
