When asked if there are people he tried to emulate in his business career, he responds that he has taken bits and pieces from people from who he has worked for and who have worked for him. He says that Sun Tzu's "The Art of War," has given him basic rules and guidelines that apply to business. He claims that he goes to the offices of customers to show respect and to improve a deal.
