An interview with Theresa Boyd, a consultant to the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), about the first Vocational Employment Counseling Center is presented. According to Boyd, the Vocational Employment Counseling Center is targeting forty-four thousand veterans with spinal-cord injuries (SCI).
