ABSTRACT
An interview with coach and trainer Nell Kirby is presented. According to Kirby, when he came out of university he did not know what he wanted to do so he became an accountant. He says that he became training manager for the CharterGroup Partnership, a national network of independent accountancy firms, when he returned to Great Britain. He shares that about three years ago, he decided to focus on coaching and set up his own business.
