An interview with Geoff Geary, owner of travel agency Australian Pacific Touring (APT) in Australia is presented. When asked about the company, Geary elaborates how he started the business, after converting one of his trucks into a bus to ferry stranded commuters into the city in 1942. The business concentrated on tourism and in the early 1940s made the first of many acquisitions to expand and diversify the business until it has recently become a wholesaler and tour operator, Geary said.
