ABSTRACT
An interview with Jonathan Tisch, chairman and CEO of Loews Hotels, about the significance of customer satisfaction. He believes that one similarity between the health-care and hospitality industries is the need to take care of individuals who are entrusting an experience to the provider. He considers the attitude and the willingness of the provider and his/her co-workers a way to get ahead of the competition. He also offers his insights about the importance of first impressions within the health-care sector.
