An interview with puppeteer Kevin Clash is presented. He explains the universal appeal of the "Sesame Street" character Elmo and how did he got into the character. He offers information on how Elmo join the cast of colorful puppets in the show. When asked how Elmo keeps his fur soft, he says taking baths and staying clean.
