ABSTRACT
An interview with Illinois Fire Service Institute director Richard Jaehne is presented. When ask how necessary it is to propose regulations concerning ethanol, he states that government must ensure that they maintain safety standards. He stresses that public safety concerning ethanol should be forcefully implemented to guarantee public safety. He states that respective agencies are doing tests on the appropriate foams to assure public safety.
