An interview with U.S. fire department chiefs including William Moore, Jim McGee, Marc Lusk and Gerald Kohlmann is presented. Kohlmann expresses that it is important that training integrates information on the changes in building construction. McGee states that the only change his company has encountered in the past five years is the entrance of women. Lusk believes that the only difference in truck companies is the engines and specifications they have integrated in fire trucks.
