ABSTRACT
An interview with senior manager Karyn Rizzo of Sun Life Financial is presented. When asked about her background as a meeting planner, she states that she used to help in planning training meetings and other small events. She mentions that she became part of the Financial & Insurance Conference Planners (FICP) in 1997. She emphasizes that new board positions for regional meetings were created by FICP because there was a need to bring consistency among chapters.
