An interview with Sonia Lassnig, chief of staff diversity at Kent Police in England, is presented. She reveals that her first job after leaving school was as a trainee manager at Waitrose. She claims that she has been at Kent Police for 16 years and she has held several positions at constable rank and then at sergeant level. She discloses that her current role in the diversity unit is strategic and non-operational.
