ABSTRACT
This article presents an interview with chief executive officer of Schutt Sports Inc. Julie Nimmons. When asked about why she chose to transform the company, Nimmons discusses the reasons for growing the company. When asked how the football business is performing for Schutt, Nimmons mentions that it is doing great citing the popularity of the DNA helmet. When she was asked about other football categories besides helmets, Nimmons discusses several shoulder pads that the company introduced in 2006.
