ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Czech musician Tomáš Hanzlík. When asked what interested him about Baroque music, he responds that as a child, he had a few records of Antonio Vivaldi and Johann Sebastian Bach but he enjoyed the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart more. He says he learned to play the violin because his parents could borrow one. He claims that he is self taught when it comes to composition.
