ABSTRACT
An interview with Discovery Communications Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) David Zaslav is presented. When asked about his reason for leaving his post at NBC universal Cable to become CEO of Discovery, he related that his main considerations were the opportunity to run a company and the chance to take on new challenges. Moreover, he added that he already has a perspective on how to win the confidence of the management team of Discovery, which include listening and feedback generation.
