ABSTRACT
An interview with Neil Pomroy, DLJ Merchant Banking head of portfolio strategy and operations, is presented. Pomroy considers two issues in portfolio management including the consideration of portfolio construction and the enhancement of individual assets. He claims that their multisector fund allows them to find best values and investments in the market. He adds that they manage bulk purchasing efforts, tap several allied vendors, and arrange various services to increase their portfolio value.
