The article presents an interview with chief executive officer of True Value Co., Lyle Heidemann. When asked about the performance of True Value in 2006, he says that the company's retail stores did well from the profit point of view. He speaks about the steps taken to improve things from the retail perspective. When asked about the addition of stores to True Value, he says that steps have been taken and an improved financial package has been provided to dealers.
