ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Gary Braaten, a retail support manager with CHS Inc., InVerGrove Heights, Minnesota. When asked if he would have to shift his career then what would he be, Braaten replied that he will start an American Idol show for people over 40 years. He wants to eliminate racism, bigotry and bias from this world and instill the thought of reconciliation. Braaten would love to buy a gift certificate for his investment broker first with the money, if he won a lottery.
