ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with David Grant, managing director of Kestrel International Circuits. On asking about the biggest cultural difference he noticed in China, he said that people were more patient, reserved and controlled. On asking whether he felt that the West was exploiting Chinese workers, he denied the charge. On asking whether there are environmental controls to manage Chinese industrialization, he said that Chinese firms were moving forward on environmental issues.
