The article presents an interview with Dick Mangan, a retired member of the U.S. Forest Service in fire management and the owner of Blackbull Wildfire Services. When asked of the most significant outcome of the Cramer Fire last July 2003, he said it was the action taken by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Boise, Idaho. He agreed that the trends within the wildland fire arena will continue on into structural fire. He mentioned Casey Judd to be the person whom to contact about fire issues.
