ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Guy Grace, the manager of the security and emergency planning of the Littleton Public Schools and Scott Murphy, the superintendent of schools in Colorado. When asked on how he deals with top management in issues related to emergency and security planning, Grace answered that he inform the top management of the events related to his work every day. Murphy commented that he trust the expertise of Grace on security matters in the school.
