ABSTRACT
This article presents an interview with Rhoda Mae Kerr, chief of the fire department in Little Rock, Arkansas. When asked about an overview of the National Society of Executive Fire Officers (NSEFO), she explained that the organization is aimed to provide opportunities for executive development, develop and support an executive fire officer networking system, and support the National Fire Academy, as well as other federal fire programs. She also gave a summary of the upcoming NSEFO conference.
