The article presents an interview with Laurence Donald Jackson, a jazz tap dancer. When asked how he got involved in tap dancing career, he mentions that he was convinced by the jazz writer Marshall Stearns. He stresses that he learned tap dancing through observations from various dancers. He informs that he like to give a concert with all the great jazz tap dancers at the Carnegie Hall in New York City.
