ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Takashi Miyake, the newly official for the private placement effort of Mizuho Corporate Bank. When asked for the reasons that promted him to start on small business, he related that he wants to grab the opportunity to put together his own team, basing on the fact that everybody has a private placement so that the chance to start a business is impossible.
