ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Mighty Fine Co. marketing director Justin Watson. When asked to describe Mighty Fine's organizational structure, Watson says that it is a knit top manufacturer that has grown to become a fashion force and brand innovator. Some of the licensing/merchandising deals of the company are with McDonald's Corp. and Disney Consumer Products. When asked how the company work with licensees to maximize business potential, Watson says that the key is establishing a good communication.
