ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Mike May, principal of The Acorn Group, and author of the blog E-Venting.net. The concept of social medias, such as blogs and wikis, and how it can be utilized by meeting planners are discussed. The use of blogs to smooth the speaker-selection process is also addressed. The use of social media to ease the speaker selection and management processes in meetings planning and production is highlighted.
