This article presents an interview with Greg Stielstra, former senior marketing director for the Christian publishing company Zondervan. Stielstra has moved to Thomas Nelson Publishers, which has released a book called "The Purpose-Driven Life" by Rick Warren. The book has sold 25 million copies without the benefit of mass media marketing. Stielstra helped market the book using pyromarketing, a philosophy he developed and explained in his own book "Pyromarketing: The Four-Step Strategy to Ignite Customer Evangelists and Keep Them for Life."
