ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Equity Office Properties Trust CEO Richard Kincaid, on real estate investment trusts. According to Kincaid, there has been no other big office real estate investment trusts which is diversified than what his company has offered. He added that the company has just bought 715.5 million dollars worth of property over the last two years.
