ABSTRACT
This article presents an interview with Bruce Dear, head of the investor group Eversheds. About his worst experience as a trainee, he said that it was when he asked then Norton Rose senior partner if he could send his fax. About his weekends, he says that he likes to play with children. His favorite restaurants are Club Gascon in London or the Bombay Bicycle Shop in Hampstead. He says that his father was his mentor as he never gave up and always tried to be kind. He further says that the best thing about his job is to solve problems and make deals for his clients and being appreciated for it.
