This article presents an interview with Peter Gloor of CyberMap Systems, an Internet startup company. Gloor, who has stayed on the cutting edge ever since, just wrote his fifth book. Swarm Creativity: Competitive Advantage Through Collaborative Innovation. The book is scheduled to be released by Oxford University Press later this month. He is now busy dividing his time among a wide range of academic and enterprise ventures. Gloor's current business venture is iQuest Analytics Inc., a company that develops and sells software and services to analyze structured and unstructured data.
