The association will prioritize the expansion of its educational programs by 2006. Johnson declines to comment on the expansion of the NAMIC Foundation. They explain the competition of NAMIC with the Walter Kaitz Foundation in fund raising. The executives share their perception on an invitation for CEO to sit on the NAMIC board. Johnson and Jha cite the difference of a diversity council being planned by Kaitz with the objectives of NAMIC.
