Emergent Genetics: Business as usual

The article presents an interview with Don Threet, vice president of Emergent Genetics Inc. On asking about the expected timetable for the acquisition of Emergent Genetics by Monsanto Co., he said that the closing dates depend on the U.S. Department of Justice and the proper authorities in India. When he was asked whether there would be some personnel changes after the acquisition, he denied the possibilities of such changes.
