This article discusses the present state and future prospects of global shared services in the United States and Europe with Bob Cecil, Lee Gregory and Jan Williams of Gunn Partners Inc. Cecil says that many companies are moving past simply sharing finance functions and adding human resources, real estate and travel arrangements as well.
