ABSTRACT
An interview with David L. Shedlarz, the executive vice president and chief financial officer of the pharmaceutical company Pfizer Inc. is presented. Shedlarz discusses the merger with Warner-Lambert Co. in November 1999 and the resulting events encompassing the pharmaceutical industry.
