ABSTRACT
An interview with saxophonist and composer Kris Allen is presented. Topics discussed include his reason for playing a Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone, why he also decided to play a Yanagisawa soprano saxophone, and anything special with regard to his regular reed care. Also mentioned is why Allen played the Vandoren reeds.
