An interview with Kathi Muller of Philadelphia Parks and Recreation (PPR) is presented. Topics discussed include her career and success in parks and recreation, the challenge posed by finding partnerships and the complexity of the management of internal and external partners, and her experience of working with Michael DiBerardinis, a recreation commissioner, who addresses youth violence.
