ABSTRACT
An essay is presented on the philosophy of nineteenth-century anarchism. It states that anarchism as political practice, as the actions and words of those who labeled themselves anarchists, had wandered a great deal from its nineteenth-century philosophical roots. It mentions that anarchism is misunderstood as boosting the absolute right of the individual to pursue any desire no matter the consequence, regardless of the individual's rationale of the action's .
