This essay presents the use of the wiki by professors and related technologies. It explores how wiki permitted professor Dee Morris of the University of Iowa and member of her contemporary poetics and poetry class to make their own computer-generated poetry. It discusses the development of VicWik with a course titled "The Literature and Culture of Empire: The Long Nineteenth Century" by professor Teresa Mangum.
