New Internationalist;Jun2012, Issue 453, p28
The essay discusses the question of why left-wing political causes have not gained greater support in western counties after the financial crises beginning in 2008, and offers suggestions for left-wing politicians and activists. The harnessing of popular anger by right-wing politicians is discussed, and the suggestion of focusing on concrete improvements offered by leftist politics is presented.
