ABSTRACT
The article relates the author's experience as she participated in a winter camp. The author realizes the burden the snow has given to each tree or hemlock which bent close to the earth because of the weight of the snow on their back. She shares that together with her friends, they write blessings on pieces of paper and place them on the coal of which they wish for peace, hope or courage. While, she went out into the trail, snowshoeing and did not know the way to their shelter, she thought of philosopher Alain's word, that prayer is when the night falls over thought and with that she believed that forest that night is a prayer, which is bent under the weight of all the winter.
