ABSTRACT
The author describes how today people are accessing information in a handheld format due to which issues developed as vision attempts to adapt to the changing requirements is expected. Complains from people while using computers and handheld devices have spawned the term Computer Vision syndrome. People experience headaches, blurry vision or sore eyes when using these devices. The author prescribes lens for the study and provides a solution to look away from the computer at regular intervals.
