ABSTRACT
An editorial is presented commenting on the quality of research work in the field of business communication done by professors. Professor Robert Ferber told the American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business that the publish-or-perish doctrine has led to much quick and dirty research. The author comments that the lack of research in the field of business communication undercuts this assertion.
