ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the innovative changes designed to enhance the value of "The Journal of Bone Joint Surgery American" (JBJS) to the surgeons. He says that the functionality of the journal's web site has been advanced, adding that the searching capability of the site is based on so-called "semantic technology." He also states that "JBJS Essential Surgical Techniques" has become a separate online publication.
