An editorial is presented discussing the business communication aspects of the Watergate hearings in the U.S. The article discusses semantics and the meaning of testimony in the hearings, and the importance of correspondence, telephone calls, memoranda, and communications to the testimonies. The flow of information within the executive branch and the administration of President Richard M. Nixon is discussed.
