ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the best New Year's resolution of all. He argues that most person wants to change physically and their unhealthy lifestyle, yet the real issue is individual much change the way to think. The author suggests that since this is the new beginning of a year instead of changing physically and unhealthy lifestyle it must change the way it thinks, we have to think positively.
