The article presents views of the author on the planning of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. to close its World of Rubber museum. The author says that the company quit updating the exhibits of the museum years ago. The author says that Goodyear is shifting to a new corporate headquarters in Akron, Ohio, and various artifacts are being scattered throughout the community to new homes.
