ABSTRACT
The article reflects on the article written by Tom Southworth on the significance of workforce to companies in the U.S. The author mentions that despite the importance of employees to the success and improvement of business enterprises, there are still many firms that failed to value their labor force because they cared more for their machines and technologies. Moreover, he adds that there are also some who valued their workers by defining the relationship between management and labour.
