ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the roller coaster development of automated imaging in the software industry in the U.S. She notes the development of the industry that involves unemployment and stocks in the market.The author reflects on her work experience that lead her in the Gulf of Aden and witnessed the Automated Imaging Association Vision Show in Pheonix. She then acknowledges the importance of the show, which gave her information about camera interfaces and new mouse pads.
