Get excess salt out of our diet

He mentions that added salt is not needed in people's diet due to its health consequences like high blood pressure, hypertension, stroke, and mortality. He also states that the health consequences of excess salts in food can be fought by physicians by advocating change from food processing and restaurant industries through less salt in food preparation.
